This course is focused on digital painting so you will need:
A computer device such as a laptop, desktop or iPad. If you are painting on an iPad, you will need an Apple Pencil. I have an iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd generation which is great for taking out to plein air pain, but any older model will do!
If you have a laptop or desktop, you will also need a tablet or stylus to paint with, such as an Wacom Intuos tablet. If you are a beginner and just starting to invest in the tools you need, I would recommend Wacom Intuos Pro tablet M but any older model will also work.
If you are fancy and already have a Cintiq, you are set!
You will also need Adobe Photoshop, which is the industry standard. I use Adobe Photoshop 2023. However, if you don’t have Adobe, other art programs will work as well, such as Procreate or Corel Painter. In this course, I use Adobe Photoshop.
